Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which fee refunds may be processed at Ozone Education.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 7 days of the payment date, and the student has not yet commenced the course or utilized any institutional services.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Fees will not be refunded in the following cases: if the student has attended any classes or accessed course materials, if the refund request is made after 7 days of payment, or if the student fails to meet admission eligibility requirements that were clearly stated at the time of enrollment.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. An administrative processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate or excess payments due to technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days upon verification.
